Take Me Home ($2600)

A large substrate offered me the freedom to sketch the pathway I walked for many years. This was the last part of the hillside before we came around the corner to home. On many days the light at the top of the path inspired me. For years I knew I would paint this scene. I loved how the wood fenced aged with time and was so fortunate to have taken photos of it over the years.
