It’s -1 degree celsius, April, and it should be raining. We are so close, just one degree, then the snow rolls in and covers the city once again. One of the coldest, wettest, winters in more than 50 years.

Huddling under an umbrella in a snow storm is so hopeful, and yet we Canadians are such optimists, we embrace the moment, and we complain, because that is what any sane person would do.
